INSPECTION ACTIVITIES

The sorting work is carried out by trained personnel with many years of experience. The progress of the work is supervised by a supervisor who cooperates with the customer in an operational manner.

For our customers, we provide standard product inspections according to customer specifications and production requirements. We inspect parts using conventional and special gauges, create work procedures and markings. Visual inspection and sorting of parts not meeting quality requirements also using optical equipment such as magnifiers, stereomicroscopes, CSL1, CSL2 and GP12 inspections. Testing and functional testing of moving mechanisms, tightness tests, deformation checking by touch, functional checking, measurement of electrical quantities, measurement of lengths, thicknesses, joints and fits, angular deviations, compression / tensile forces, resistance.

We carry out minor repairs and finishing work on inspected parts according to the Customer’s specifications so that the parts can be returned to circulation after the repair is completed. Of course, the Customer is informed about the progress of the order by detailed reports. We are ready to react to changes immediately.
