REWORKING

We carry out minor repairs and modifications of individual parts for our customers. These activities include, for example, deburring, trimming, grinding and others. We also carry out assembly and completion of parts, manual cleaning, degreasing and cutting off of parts in our centres or directly at the Customer’s premises.

Many years of working in the field of quality control and measurements have given us a lot of experience and we have started to specialize in professional activities in the following areas:

Measurements on coordinate measuring machines at Customers‘ sites (including programming and data evaluation), carrying out destructive tests (chisel tests, grinding tests, tear tests), measurements of spot welds with designated technical equipment, providing workshop technical inspection, monitoring production processes and carrying out product audits.

All of the above inspection activities carried out with our own gauges and equipment.
